the location near baker street station was great. i found the kitchenette with a microwave and kettle really useful. also, my room was very clean, which i appreciated. the value for money was very nice in such a central location.

the walls had some dirt marks. It seemed the room wasn't very well kept. the noise levels were quite high because of sounds from reception and the hallway.

The location was AMAZING. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff allowed me to check in early. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the family room.

The television had NO signal on any channel. The television was too small to see from the bed. There was damage to the electrical socket. It posed a RISK of electricution where the kettle plugged in.

the staff arranged a late arrival after 11 pm from the airport, im grateful. Every room includes a mini kitchen with a fridge and microwave, i find that great. There are loads of well placed sockets, this helped me a lot while i was working. I received a very friendly welcome and i was even upgraded to a bigger room, thank you!

i think adding soap near the sink would be helpful to wash hands easier.

My stay wasn't the best, to be honest. the shower was a real pain. It had some weird electrical system, and it took forever to get hot water. plus, the room smelled musty even after it was cleaned, so it was not very pleasant. the beds weren't all that comfortable too.

i found the hotel's location amazing, only a short walk from the station and near many restaurants. there were also a few supermarkets just one street away, convenient. my room was spacious and had all the amenities i needed. i really loved having a microwave and kettle available.

i found the street side room a little noisy at times, especially during peak hours.

Plenty of restaurants were a short walk away. I would estimate around 5 minutes. the variety of dining options allowed me to explore many cuisines . supermarkets nearby provided convenient options for snacks.
